Choose exactly what to show. The doctor scans a QR code and views it in a browser. No account needed.

Protect the app with your fingerprint or a PIN, so records stay private even if your phone is picked up.

Built to keep health data private
Medical records are sensitive, so privacy comes first.
Your data stays yours
Records are tied to your account and kept apart from every other user by the database itself.
Private files
Reports are never on a public web address. Only short-lived links are used to view them.
You control sharing
Links expire, can need a PIN, and can be cancelled. Sharing a visit does not share its attached files.
Delete any time
You can export your data or delete your account from Settings.

Download the app (APK)- Open this page on your Android phone and tap Download the app.
- When the download finishes, open the file.
- If asked, allow installs from your browser (Settings, then "Install unknown apps"). This is normal for apps outside the Play Store.
- Open Report Locker and sign in with your mobile number.
Download only from this website. An iPhone version is not available yet.
